Ms. Davids has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Premier, Inc. and the Management Committee of Premier Services, LLC since January 2015. Since 2014, Ms. Davids has served as Chief Information Officer of Agrium U.S. Inc., a global producer and marketer of nutrients for agricultural and industrial markets.

Ms. Davids has extensive skills in information technology and organizational strategy through her work at Best Buy Company, Inc., Cardinal Health, Inc., Nike, Inc., Apple Computer, Inc. and General Electric Company.

She serves as a Trustee on the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority Board. Ms. Davids obtained a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from San Jose State University.
